10/16/17 We Need Your Help! Your community is run by a two-handfuls of dedicated residents working as board, ARC and newsletter committee members. Some of these residents have been actively helping run the community for over a decade. We have ideas and opportunties to increase the activity level and administrative support for the Community. However, repeated calls for new volunteers have gone unanswered. There will be one more call for volunteers at the Annual Meeting, Nov 14, and if more folks don't step up and help run the community, non-essential functions will cease. As your community President for the past 7 years, I can tell you there used to be more community initerest and engagement. We had folks help organize and participate in clean-up days, attend Board meetings and help with other activities (yard-sale, etc). These days, the same people come to the annual meetings and we only here from others when there is a problem. Current board and committee members work hard to insure your community is well-run and meets its goals.  We hope you feel as strongly about maintaining a nice place to live as we do and will reconsider my offer to join us in keeping Hayden Village strong.  Dan Cassidy, President
