Hayden Village Community Association is a community of 200 single family and town homes located in Clifton, VA. Our community is conveniently situated in western Fairfax County and close to major highways, shopping, old town Clifton, wineries, outdoor recreation and more! We offer swim and tennis amenities, youth and adult swim teams, community and social events in a stable and well run community. Developed in the early 1990's, Hayden Village remains a great place to call home.

Holiday lights and decorations. We hope everyone had a wonderful break and ask residents to take down outdoor holiday items by January 7. Thanks!

Winter Weather. Snow removal generally occurs when accumulations are 2 or more inches or when road conditions dictate treating streets  Remember, Hayden Village is responsible for Town Home streets and VDOT responsible for Rockpointe and other state roads.

Community Grounds Maintenance. The grounds maintenance firm has published its annual project calendar for the coming year. This list contains general targets for when projects like mowing or weed control applications will occur due to the great impact weather has on the work calendar. We will share more specific information as it becomes available.

  • March- Bed preperation
  • April- Mulch spreading
  • April- Begin mowing
  • April -Pre-M/Broadleaf turf application
  • May- plant flowers
  • September- Fertilizer/Broadleaf turf application
  • September- aeration and seed
  • October- Fertilizer turf application
  • November- Lime turf application
  • November- leaf removal
  • December- leaf removal Pruning done three times during growing season

Home Improvements - Please make sure you complete and submit the ARC Application form for any exterior work prior to getting it done!!! The forms can be found on the green tabs - Documents/ Architectural Review Forms.
